Just started using it. Seems to be working well. Relatively quiet. However the online information for this unit was wrong. We wanted a tabletop unit which the website showed but when delivered, it was a floor unit. Instead of returning it, we made it work. The website information should be corrected. That is why this product is getting 4 stars instead of 5.

Only after 1 day the Avalon Premium Hot/Cold Top Loading Countertop Water Cooler Dispenser has been a life saver. We downsized our office space which in turn we lost a kitchen/breakroom area to store a full sized fridge. This water dispenser satisfies all needs for cool or hot water.
