My last unit only lasted about 20 months. During the 20 months we were very happy with the unit. A big reason we went with a identical unit.

Working so far as described. It is a little noisier than my older model.

Works well. Would be great if a larger water bottle would fit under spouts.

The unit can be a little noisy when cooling or heating then it gets quiet.

Cooler is as depicted. I sure wish there was a way to disable the child lock on the hot water dispenser (I only use room temp water).
