Cooler is as depicted. I sure wish there was a way to disable the child lock on the hot water dispenser (I only use room temp water).

So far so good. I received the order fast & the company was great with updating the status of shipping. Set up was very easy. The product is really nice looking though. I'll let you know in a week if it's living up to the hype.
