We use these coolers in our retail business for our staff and they are wonderful. We did have one minor issue but Tiffany helped us resolve it in seconds over the phone. She was kind and very informed

Great Product and Helpful Customer Support

I love this water dispenser. I tried different filtration water pitchers before to buying bottled water, but nothing has worked as well as this product. I don't drink room temperature water so I always needed to chill my water in advance and sometimes would forget or get lazy and opt to drinking less. Because I have easier access to cold/hot water, I drink more water as I'm walking by and it has made it a whole lot easier to drink more tea as well. After about 5 months of use, the water dispenser wasn't cooling the water and the cold light would stay on for HOURS without doing anything. I contacted support over the weekend and Tiffany responded back first thing on Monday with more questions to assess the issue and a possible resolution. The fix was simple enough and I am happy I have my cold water again!

This is a very nice product. There is unexpected noise however when it is in cooling mode or when the water level is low.
