Great Product and Helpful Customer Support

I love this water dispenser. I tried different filtration water pitchers before to buying bottled water, but nothing has worked as well as this product. I don't drink room temperature water so I always needed to chill my water in advance and sometimes would forget or get lazy and opt to drinking less. Because I have easier access to cold/hot water, I drink more water as I'm walking by and it has made it a whole lot easier to drink more tea as well. After about 5 months of use, the water dispenser wasn't cooling the water and the cold light would stay on for HOURS without doing anything. I contacted support over the weekend and Tiffany responded back first thing on Monday with more questions to assess the issue and a possible resolution. The fix was simple enough and I am happy I have my cold water again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Countertop white water cooler

Countertop white water cooler: Only used it for a week but if using the hot water function, the beverage is very hot. If using the cold water function, the beverage is very cold. It takes less than 10 minutes to heat up and a good 30-40 to cool the water. I use it daily.
