The cooling feature stopped working after two months, hopefully my replacement will last longer this time, if not my next rating will be lower for sure. great CS tho

The water cooler arrived in good time and in excellent shape. I have had this product for 2 weeks now and have had no issues (especially no leaking). The dispensed water is very cold which is just as I like it to be. I do not use the hot water feature.
