I received an excellent customer support in resolving the issue with my purchase of Avalon water cooler. The staff member was very responsive in solving the problem. I would definitely buy this product again.

Nice design

Nice design, but much bulkier than expected. Would prefer a smaller version for 3 gallon jugs and home use.
