I'm thrilled with this product! I've had three effortlessly made cups of hot tea in the three hours it has been installed. I very much appreciate the child-proof hot water dispenser. The cold water is ice cold!

Awesome product.
I love the fact it is connected to the water supply.
My current fridge does not have a bottle filler and this does the job plus has hot water option.

I bought a product on January but now it’s automatically turned off hot and cool water and I don’t know how to fix so when I try to figure out option but there is no support directly.
