I love this little attractive water cooler. It is compact and fits on my kitchen counter. I love the fact that I can get filtered hot water, room temp water or cold water anytime I want. The fact that you can have it self-clean is worth its weight in gold!! Small 16 oz water bottles fit under the spouts perfectly. So glad my husband found this little gem. No more buying water bottles at the store anymore for me!

Very pleased with the performance of the A12 so far. This replaces a previously leased unit from a local vendor, and will save us the cost of the carpeting for our new offices over our new 5-year lease!

Single spout would be better

Easy set-up and the water tastes pretty good. Wish it were a bit cleaner of a look with a single spout where all 3 water types could come out.
