This is my second bottleless water dispenser. My first one malfunctioned after the 1 year warranty lapsed. My dispenser began to freeze the water in the water tank.

Died after 9 months

After 9 months the unit started making loud noises while cooling and the cold water wasn't cold. They did replace it but with a different unit that has less convenient buttons. I'm concerned that the new on will die in 9 months with no warranty.
