I was excited about the water cooler with no tank, as my hubby to be drinks a lot of water. I do not. But it has so many more uses than just drinking water. My favorite is adding the hot water to my pot and then putting on the stove so that I get my boiling water faster!

We purchased this for our office after using water bottles and rented water machines for years. We are saving so much money per year, and our employees love the three water temperature options.

Buttons on top are a bit clunky. Some initial leakage but seems to have stopped after a couple days of use. The light under the spout is useful for filling at night. Overall size is a bit large for residential countertop. Would be better if filters were inside the shell.
