Bought three and they work very well. Like that the water gets hotter than other coolers we have had. Like the light indication for filter change and heating and cooling water. Self clean is a great feature.

I absolutely love this dispenser and have recommended it to all of my friends. My only wish was that the room temperature water was actually room temperature. It is still too cold but hey...there are much bigger problems in the world.
