Unit is as described. In pictures it does not show the top buttons are actually labeled and color coded. Very nice to see. Cold is cold and hot is hot. Does what it is supposed to do. Set up video is a very nice touch and helpful.

Easy setup and has worked well. One month in, stopped working entirely, apparently due to some sort of internal pressure issue/kink - called customer support, and they were able to direct me on opening the lid, which immediately sorted out the issue - getting a live support person who could provide a 5-minute fix to my issue was very nice, thank you!

Setting up was fairly simple! The water taste could use some improvement and getting used to. Not in a good way but a bearable way. The buttons to dispense the water feel cheap and I hope this system lasts me at least the price I paid. So far, Ive had it set up for a day so I cant speak on its endurance. Lets see!
