I’ve only had the unit installed for about a week. So far, it’s ok - the hot water is hot, the cold water is cold. However, the water tastes sort of like cardboard. The unfiltered water actually tastes better.

I love having cold, natural, and hot water available at any time. It is very convenient. The Avalon Customer Service is fabulous. You get to talk to someone at anytime very quickly. I was unfortunate to have an issue with my A12 water cooler, but they simply sent me a new one, without me having to prove my point. I was very impressed with that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was going back and forth between the Avalon and the aqua tru. I initially bought the Aqua Tru. But after a month it was stolen. I decided to try the Avalon since it had a self cleaning function. I love it! It only needs to be cleaned manually about every 6 months. It is definitely more convenient and it has 3 different water temperatures! Love it!
