Our unit had an issue, and we received STELLAR customer service with Michaela H. The process to replace the unit under warranty was seamless. Any future water dispenser purchases will be with Avalon!

Amazing product

The product works amazingly well and was pretty easy to set up. Had it for 6 months so far and saved a bunch of money as I used to mainly buy bottles and gallons. Love that I can get icy cold water whenever I want. I had to change my filters recently and the customer service was also top-notch. I spoke to Michaela and she helped me through the whole process of finding the problem and how to fix it. Ended up getting improved replacement filters and they've been working wonders. Would do business with again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
