It's beautiful, but durability is

It's beautiful, but durability is extremely disappointing in that on my first trip, the top handle (not the collapsible, pull handle, but the leather carrying handle) broke. I had to carry it by the side handle for the rest of the trip.

Missing accessories for hanging clothes

I was careful to choose a suit case that included accessories for hanging clothes but this doesn't have it?? I'm disappointed. I wish I'd had my old Travelpro repaired instead of trying to replace it. The zippers and zipper hardware are also very clunky. I ordered a Travelpro Crew suitcase for my husband last year and I like it much better.

Suitcases That Stand The Test of Time!!!

I love Travelpro products! They are so well-made and last forever! I bought a Travelpro suitcase about 28 years ago and I still use it! I have now invested in the Platinum Elite collection because, besides being high quality and gorgeous, the wheels are amazing! They are so easy to roll but you have to watch out-they will keep rolling so keep your eye on it! You will not believe the workmanship on these suitcases! And they fit so many features into each one. My only complaint is that the cross-over straps have two pouches attached to the straps which is great but the zipper is not placed in the right spot on the right side. When the suitcases are full, you can’t get to the zipper because it is buried next to the wall of the suitcase. Everything else about them is so wonderful that I have to overlook that one feature. They are well worth the investment!
