Glad I made the purchase

Looks great, functions great, interior layout is effective. I had not updated my luggage in many years, who knew luggage has come so far! This made a couple months of heavy business travel easier. Glad I made the purchase.
One hiccup, one of the wheels fell off on day 3. It looked to me like it wasn’t fully assembled at the factory. Warranty exchange was pretty easy through email, all set.

Well-constructed with lots of convenience features, e.g. phone charging. At 21 inches it's a safe choice to meet most airline carry-on requirements

Surprisingly limited space for the size category

I love the look of this bag and was eager to trade by bulky Briggs & Riley 22" two-wheeler for the ease of a four-wheel model. The reduction in available packing space is surprising, though, due to the internal frame and array of organizational tools inside. Still a very well-made and good-looking bag but really only viable for a 2-3 day trip unless you expand and check it.

Effortless elegance

I just returned from Denmark and was super leased with my Travelpro Platinum Elite (21"). The maneuverability was perfect without any issues. The pockets, accessibility and sturdiness all that I hoped for. The gold zippers and tabs were an added elegant bonus. I would recommend this to anyone travelling abroad.
