Refreshing water

the first one only last a year and a half. Replaced it today with the same model. Hoping this one will last longer. When it working, the water is nice and refreshing. and the hot water is hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This water cooler is amazing. But only for 1 year . I am on my second unit after the first one froze up and quit. Avalon replaced the unit, but not fast. Now the replacement unit has quit. Don't buy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy install. slight bad taste to water but assuming will go away once tanks are rinsed. filters were flushed per instructions.

Wish it was shorter

So far, so good. Well packaged, well documented with clear installation instructions, and all the tubing and hardware I needed. Still waiting for it to heat and cool, and haven't tasted any water yet, but setup was great. I only wish it was 1 or 2 inches shorter as we have 18" high cupboards and so this won't fit on any of our counters without blocking a cupboard door (it's 19"tall).
