iPad or tablet is too heavy to place in the tablet pocket. It makes the bag tip forward and fall on the ground. The tablet pocket should have been placed on the rear side. Other than that problem it is a really nice bag and fits in most overhead compartments.

Finally on the third try I got what I was searching for. This piece is perfect for a weeks travel. Love the spinners. Easy to maneuver. Love the different compartments. Like the color and trim. Look forward to using with the large piece I purchased in January for a trip to Europe. Would recommend.

I love the magnetic wheels. I pack heavy and I don’t have to worry about dragging my suitcase or the wheels not lining up when rolling like I do my other carry on. this feels pretty sturdy. I will find out throughout the year if it will hold up or travel every week. First time purchasing a travel pro.

The balance is very off, it’s too top heavy. Tips over A LOT, especially when I have another bag on top. And being so top heavy, it’s difficult to push it on the spinner wheels. I’ve repacked it multiple times to be sure and place heavier items at the bottom of the suitcase, that made little difference, still falls over. I’m very unhappy considering the price and the reputation that your bags are typically known for. I can’t believe that any airline crew would keep this bag considering the need to always have a second bag sitting on top. They would not tolerate a bag that falls over constantly!! Additionally, the removable piece that is meant for toiletries, doesn’t serve much purpose, can’t really fit anything in there.
