I love this bag

Already on one work trip and I love this bag. A major improvement over an older maxlite bag. I downsized by 1 inch on the height but did not seem to lose that much volume overall. The bottom handgrab and plastic strips to keep the fabric off the ground when flat are other big improvements from my previous travelpro maxlite.
What to like … enough space to carry on 3 days worth of clothes, pair of shoes, and toiletries without unzipping the expander. Could have been 4 days but I packed flip flops, rash guard/swimming trunks, and travel towel because a beach was near the work site.
Though it was tight, I loved that it technically meets the size limits of most US domestic carriers should they decide to actually enforce them and it fits straight I most mainline overhead bins, and it glides/tracks effortlessly.
What I don’t like but happily accept … a little unstable upright when fully packed and/or with backpack resting on top. I tossed the toiletry insert because it is an inefficient use of space.
I also liked the design and aesthetics. Fabric looks and feels stronger than my older maxlite. It was a good blue color with brown accents that make it discernible from most other blue bags.

This suitcase is on the small side of carryons but it has so many features that I’m excited to take it on my next trip in a few days. Seems to be high. Quality- well thought out design

Excellent size for international flights

I purchased this because I fly internationally and it fits these airlines requirements. It’s a little small for U.S. domestic flights. Very good materials and craftsmanship.

Best purchase ever

Recently went out of the country and used my medium checkin for the first time and boy was i pleased with this luggage. I couldn’t believe how smooth and quiet it was. The telescoping handle was very smooth also. Recently ordered the under seat roller and carry on and will be purchasing another medium check in the future to complete my set.

Happy I purchased the compact model so I don’t have to guess if the airline will accept it . It is big enough. I have not done airplane travel with it yet, but it is sturdy and glides easily.
