I was disappointed in the bag for the price. This was a premium purchase price but the bag was so so. I returned it because I couldn't justify keeping an average bag at that price point and bought something cheaper with another brand that looked more distinguished and better designed.

I got to use this bag for the first time last week. It let me travel with a week's worth of clothes (admittedly for a casual, warm weather location), but I had room for an extra pair of shoes and camera tripod, etc. too, all without needing to expand it.

Wanted to purchase Versapack series but its usb charger feature would not work with my phone’s usb-c connection.

Crew Classic's top (carry) handle needs more space (or gap) for fingers to slide through for lifting and carrying ease.
(Versapack appears to provide comfortable slide-thru for fingers and eventual lifting. )

Also , Crew Classic’s Interior lining zipper was missing zipper pull.

I bought it to use

I bought it to use right away for a month trip in Europe spanning the Alps and snow to the Mediterranean coast. I have been able to fit clothes for all occasions in this handy carry on. It is light, well organized, the wheels have been dealing well with all the cobblestone streets and I love the style! I'm not easy on my luggage, I believe things should be used and it is up to the task!

We recently took a trip with the 4 pieces we purchased (2-25”and 2-carry on ) and we love them. They look really nice, pack lots of stuff and wheel effortlessly through the airport. Great purchase! Best luggage we have owned.
