The case arrived in perfect condition. The color, material, zippers, pockets, and sturdy wheels are all as advertised and very nice. Have not traveled with it yet, but plan to take it overseas in Spring of 2024. Will use it as my primary bag... will see if I can do that???!!!

This is my second Travelpro

This is my second Travelpro roller board in 15 years with over a million miles on my last bag. Still works but looking for an upgrade. This is perfect for 2 - 7 days of business travel. It can be tight in the overhead bin when stood on it's side, but haven't had a serious issue yet. Wheels roll smoothly, handle is comfortable and has some great features including the organization straps and toiletries bag. Meets my needs in every way.

Well made suitcase

I really like the suitcase overall. The power-pack feature ends up taking a bit of interior space. I don't really need that feature for my type of travel and would rather utilize that bit of space for my packing needs. I would prefer that the 2 small netted pockets (integrated in the straps) were removable. They are my least favorite feature of the suitcase.
I would prefer 1 less small exterior zippered space in favor of 1 medium-size to go with the larger exterior pouch.
I love the red color of the case. Thumbs up.

Very high quality suitcase. My only complaint: I don’t see any way to use the usb feature and there’s no documentation anywhere (that I can find) that explains how it works.

We have had a few of the TravelPro suitcases in the past and find that they are well organized and durable. The company honors the warranty…just need photos. We had trouble with a zipper tan missing after an international trip and were well satisfied with the response.
