Best Travelpro Color

Travels smoothly and easily from airport to railway station to trains and over uneven surfaces. Packing cubes help with organization inside sturdy frame. Color is the BEST color Travelpro offers, a distinctive silvery light gray, looks much better than in photos. I don't understand why this color was so deeply discounted from the other colors?! Would've bought the Compact Carry-on as well but it's about 6 inches too tall for international carry-on restrictions.

This is a really nice suitcase. It is well constructed, has multiple zippered compartments and a very durable exterior. I compared several far more expensive suitcases prior to buying this and am very happy with my purchase.

Broken TSA Lock

I purchased your luggage during my business trip to the US a few weeks ago.
Unfortunately, the built-in TSA lock was broken when I flew back to Taiwan from JFK Airport on 10 Feb.
I am not sure if it is because of the US TSA.
However, I was shocked obviously. This is just my first flight with my new and first TravelPro luggage.
I do not believe that your quality can not even afford the TSA random inspection for 1 time.
Right now, I have no idea what I can do for the luggage which I have been looking forward to for a long time but it is broken.
