This carry-on is exactly as described . I am happy I bought it.

It doesn’t tip!

My previous underseat bag tipped forward All.The. Time. This one doesn’t tip - even with a bag slid over the handle! I think it has more capacity too although I’m still figuring out how best to use it. This is my second TravelPro Crew Classic bag. As my travel picks up I’m replacing my previous cheap bags with better quality. These bags are sturdy and well made but still affordable.

I really like the features of this underseat carryon bag. I wanted a bag with two handles attached to the bag itself, not the lid, and that opens from the main, wide side rather than the top. The ability to keep the lid from opening all the way and also prevent items from slipping out and yet to be able to detach the lid to lay it flat is very nice! Weight was also important to me even though I will put it under a seat, it would be easy to put in an airline overhead bin. When I need to replace my main suitcase, I plan to purchase the Travel Pro Global carryon to match. I expect to use this for at least 10 years.

Hands Free!!!

Great space! I was able to fit everything including my purse in the Crew Classic. Using the larger front pocket for my cell and wallet, I was truly hands free at the airport. Boarding the plane, I could avail of a seat closer to the front as the Crew Classic fit comfortably under the seat.

Darn near perfect under seat carry on

I am a leisure traveler, and this bag is perfect for keeping an extra set of clothing and necessities close at hand, "just in case". Inside holds 2 "my sized" outfits, including an extra pair of shoes, as well as toiletries via the removable, product-proof insert. Something not mentioned yet, and one of the first thoughts I had upon receipt, was that I wish I had a bag like this when I was traveling with young children. Easy to access under the seat, compartments and pockets for all the things including small blankets, outfit changes, diapers, bottles, formula or medicines, toys, etc etc etc. It's way more functional and easy to tote than a large diaper bag ever dreamed of being. I will be loaning this to my kids when they travel with their own kids.
In a perfect world, I would have preferred it have 4 wheels simply because I find them to be easier to push or pull in all circumstances. Outside of that, I am super happy with this carryon!
