Great capacity and smooth roll!

This is a phenomenal suitcase. It spins and rolls smoothly, has a great capacity, and the suiter keeps dressier clothing tidy and pressed.

My New Suitcase

I wish the zipper in the inside top could open from the top and the bottom. If your suitcase is on a luggage rack and the top is leaning against the wall everything wants to fall out when you can only open from the bottom.

rolls well, a little heavy
on October 24, 2025

This suitcase replaces a lighter weight, soft-sided one from a competitor with very similar dimensions but less robust wheels. So first off, this one rolls very nicely, even when packed pretty full. I also like the interior organization. I’ve taken it on one international trip so far and the main disappointments I had with it occurred when I picked it up at baggage claim. Unfortunately, the dark gray exterior shows quite a bit of dirt and there were indentations in the cover from whatever was sitting on top of it in the cargo hold. I cleaned most of the black stuff off but the indentations remain.

Held Up Well But Unbalance/Unsteady
on November 6, 2025

The bag held up well during my 3-week trip through Amsterdam, various cities in Germany, a city in Switzerland and Paris. The wheels held up well being dragged up and down the many stairs at various train station platforms without escalators or elevators. HOWEVER, the bag tipped over three times while walking at normal pace on a paved sidewalk and on the smooth train station platforms whenever the wheels hit an uneven spot and I ended up tripping over the bag each time ending up on the ground along with the bag. Admittedly, the bag was packed to capacity and weighed 50 lbs, but even when it was not expanded, the bag seemed to be very unbalanced and unsteady.

The product is very good, but I will never buy from this company again. They’ve been overwhelming me with junk email cheap advertising and obnoxious promotions. Buy from. a retailer not the company.

Great Bag For The Price
on December 30, 2025

I have purchased many Travelpro bags in the past, all lasting countless trips. The quality of this one appears to be up to par so far, with only one complaint about the retention straps inside which are very difficult to use. . . the strap's buckles should meet in the middle of the main compartment, not on the front side where it's almost impossible to fasten with a full bag.

Missing compression organizer
on January 3, 2026
Posted by: Elaine S.
It’s been an unnecessarily cumbersome process to report a missing piece. We’ve submitted all the photos, most of which were completely unnecessary as there was no “damage”. We are now waiting to get a replacement. As far as recommending this product, probably not. We’ll see if we get resolution. This was intended for use for an upcoming trip, and the compression piece was a significant reason we purchased this one.
