Classic spinner with great looks and durability but easily stained

Overall the luggage is very good but unfortunately after my international trip the bag was heavily stained and the stain does not come off which makes the bag look ugly.

After my old suitcase's wheels fell apart and its replacement cracked I did a lot of research trying to find a medium checked suitcase that would last a long time. I travel to Asia for work 3-4 times a year and travel for vacation, so I wanted something that could stand up to a lot of international travel. I found great reviews of Travelpro's durability and decided on the Crew Classic since the Maxlite seemed too light and the Platinum Elite was out of my budget. I opted for a soft sided suitcase to avoid cracking.
I'm currently on my first trip (Taiwan and Vietnam) with the suitcase and it's great so far. The wheels are large diameter and spin very freely; I have to be careful on uneven ground to make sure the suitcase doesn't roll away. The main compartment is large and easy to pack. The straps seem designed to be used with optional accessories, which I do not have. There's a long plastic zipped pocket along one side and a fabric pocket along the other. The inside of the door is set up for carrying a suit and I'll never use it for that, but it's worked well for holding flat items that I want to keep separate from the main compartment. The outer pocket is quite large. All the zippers are smooth. The handle is very nice ergonomically, slides up and down smoothly, and has almost no play once locked in position.
Overall, this seems like a great suitcase that I'll be able to use for many years to come.

Old Crew Classic was Better

This spinner is lightweight and has good organizational features, but the wheels don't seem as sturdy as described. It doesn't appear to be as sturdy as my 21" 15 year old Crew Classic 2- wheel version. Time will tell.

Very nice piece of luggage. Rolls smoother than any luggage I’ve ever owned. Very large interior. Built in hanging garment section is an added plus. Would recommend. Appears to be extremely durable.
