Had for 2 months carried 2 times. Handle will not slide up

Disappointed in how it looks after a few uses

I thought I’d try soft-sided luggage after having trouble with the wheel breaking off from my last hard sided set (not Travel Pro). I like the way this set looked out of the box, but after one trip it looked bad. The Navy shows dirt and grease and is hard to get clean, and the leather details (which aren’t really leather) got scuffed up immediately. I regret not getting another hard side set, but I paid a lot for this so I’m stuck with it for at least a few years. Functionally I like it, but aesthetically, I have regrets.

My friend bought this bag a few years ago and it has another small frnt pocket that mine doesnt have. the handles of his are reinforced with screws and are different material and stand higher for easier grip. seems this model is downgraded and his is now the upgraded model. hence dissapointed for lack of these details in what should have been the same model.

I bought the carry-on a year ago and was happy with it’s performance so I decided to get the matching mid-sized bag for longer travel trips. There’s nothing fancy about the looks but the quality is top notch and that’s all that matters for me.
