Does not hold up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the magnetic ring stand at first, but within 2 weeks, the stand wouldnt hold the position I was putting my phone in. Then, one of the holding pins fell out, but luckily I found it and was able to slide it back in. The stand part is extremely lose and won't hold the phone up as well as the magnetic ring (that holds onto the phone) started scratching the back of my phone case when I would swivel it. I'm not sure if I bought a faulty product or if this is everyone else's expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The magnets on the magnetic ring stand are not as strong as hoped for. The magsafe magnet that attaches to the phone comes off constantly when unfolding the rings for use. As far as the magnet used to attach to other metal surfaces, upon attachment the phone will rotate, or slide down instead of holding firm. Great concept, poor execution.

Monarch Dual Magnetic Ring Stand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stand is thicker than the olde version. It feels more substantial, with the wider part of the stand reversed to the outside. This allows the stand to be more stable, especially with portrait mode. The magnet isn't as strong, but strong enough still. The base has additional metal reinforcement for more rigidity and it doesn't slip as much as the other model (with applied pressure).
