I needed a replacement battery for a 19-year old APC backup system for my desktop computer. The model I had was long discontinued and the battery to be replaced was 12 years old. I do 99% of computing on my phone so I saw no need for a newer model. The agent with whom I did an on-line chat was able to direct me to the battery pack I needed and was also quick to suggest other options (like get an updated APC unit). I decided the replacement battery was still the best option for my need. The replacement was ordered and arrived quickly. Problem solved and returning the old battery (by UPS post paid) was also a simple process by printing the return UPS label and postage.
