Affordable and reliable. Great Product.

I purchased this product a year ago to deploy at a small remote office for my company. The product was affordable and provided all the functionality our SOHO needed. The UPS powers one rackmount server and one rackmount NAS with plenty of power to spare. Since it's deployment the product has been nothing but reliable when we needed it. We've had two power outages and because of the UPS, I had time to take care of critical systems We had one issue with the product abut a month ago and I was further impressed by the stellar support I received. My case was handled quickly and efficiently and within a week my UPS was back in production. I'm more than happy with this product and the support behind it. I will be using Tripplite in future deployments.
