[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. The QL-1100 label printer had a very easy assembly and set up. It was a simple connection to my computer. I run a small business and this item prints business quality labels for my mailers and packages. It is very simple to switch to different size labels without any hassle. I am not very computer savy, but the set up was very simple and prints like a quickly without any jams. The machine is well built and quiet and gets the job done for any small business owner.
I would recommend this to a friend!
