I recently launched my business and needed a shipping label printer. I’ve only used it twice so far and it works great. Easy to set up. I like that it doesn’t take up much space. I’m glad I purchased it.

I’ve had different Brother printers for over 10 years, and overall I love them. Otherwise I wouldn’t keep buying them.
I do have to say, however, that y’all ought to spend more time on the software... especially for the Mac platform. Macs are so nice because everything works and most software is intuitive and easy to use. Your software seems like it was built for Windows, but tweaked to get by on a Mac. It’d be nice, since so many businesses are using Apple now, if you’d get some Apple software designers to make the software flow smoothly and work without a lot of swearing!

This was very easy to install, user-friendly and compact for office space. I will definitely be recommending this label printer. Also the refills are very easy to find and at a fair price.

This is the best machine ever. Great price easy to use. Cant believe I found one in stock sure beats Dyno and Rollo for a fraction of the price. I have 2 brother printers and a small label maker love all of them. Thank you for making a quality product at a affordable price.
