Most of the time it will not print offline, which is often the case at cinference and meeting venues.

its a great printer overal the only issue ive had is when i use generic labes that i didnt buy from brother the machine doesnt know what it is so i had to mess with the ptouch edditor to get it to work other than that its awesome

USER FRIENDLY !! FAST and EFFICIENT !! COST-EFFECTIVE !! Also, comes with Auto-matic CROP function. EASY load Label Cartridge. The BEST -the download APP instructions are VERY EASY -NO HASSLE !! This has truly helped increase shipping productivity.

I love this thing

I had been printing shipping labels on sticker paper, which would never line up to the top edge, so I had to cut them out of the middle of the paper. It was a pain and a waste. Now I press print and the QL-1100 is all like, "I got this" and shoots it out in two seconds. It was super easy for me to set it up. I have a Dell computer. I'm not technically savvy and it was a snap. I love, love, love this printer. I had been on the fence about buying a thermal printer, and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long.
