Underrated for what it is.

First thing you’ll notice is a much better tone arm than “any” turntable in its price range. Carbon tone arm, it’s nice but it doesn’t compare to an SAEC designed pivot point bearings. For those of you that do not know SAEC is a legendary designer of tonearms. Their tonearms range in price up to ten thousand dollars. Yes, you’ve read that right. I know of no other Turntable manufacturer that has a tonearm designed by SAEC in any price range up to three grand. This is a turntable that quietly does everything right. If I had any qualms I would suggest upgrading the Cartridge. It deserves a higher priced one. BYW, look at other brands. Many of them in little icy bity text says “made in China”. Not the Teac, it’s made in Taiwan and they make much better product.
