Weak zipper

I recently purchased the large suitcase in this set and loved it, so I was excited to swap out my carry on for this one. The first time I packed it (full but not unreasonable), the zipper split. Unzipping and rezipping fixed it. It's not broken, it's just cheap. In subsequent uses it split the same way but in different places. So if I take it in for a warranty repair I don't think they'll do anything except maybe replace it with an equally unreliable zipper. But I have to be very careful about how much I pack and do a double-check every time I zip it. Really disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised by how pleased I am with my new Delsey carry on luggage. It’s super light, rolls like a dream and is roomy enough for all my clothes. I bought it based on the Wire Cutter review and once again they were spot on! My husband wants to replace his carry on with one just like mine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Helium DLX is about perfect for me. Lightweight, very easy to roll, not too large, and stylish. Yes, basic timeless black and understated. I like it SO much better than the suitcases I have had from much pricier companies that are way too heavy, more cumbersome to lift and to roll, and frankly overpriced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No a carry on for most airlines

I love the suitcase but it is too big for both American and Delta airlines. It is 23” tall and air line limit is 23”

You have to FIGHT the bag to pull it.

Second Delsey carry on I've owned but this one does NOT compare. Appears to be great quality and I've already used it a handful of times but I have to FIGHT the bag to keep it straight.... to the point where it hurts my wrist. Do not recommend.

Great carry on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helium DLX, this carry on is really beautiful and looks good. Has a lot of quality, durability and space. Also you can attach Helium DLX underseater and looks pretty cool. What I love about this carry-on is that it does not tip over, the wheels are big which makes it very easy to walk with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
