This is the worst charger

I got this product over 7 months after I'd ordered it. It arrived in August 22, I used in once in August and once in October and now it doesn't charge up. Total waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought four of these for Christmas gifts. The first one had a bad display, so they company offered me a replacement. The second one only charges my iPhone twice before the battery drains out. I’ll be returning all of them.

Works as advertised - Electrical Engineer Approved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a high power high capacity portable power bank for charging my laptop on the go and powering electrical engineering projects. This product delivers while most which claim similar specs do not. Whenever I buy a new power bank, the first thing I do is charge it up and throw it on a DC load tester. Most units either don't have the advertised capacity or don't put out as much power as they claim. This unit works as advertised. The other thing that really sets it apart from the rest is the great looking display. It provides a good bit of useful information. The only downside which is unique to a small user group is that it only displays instantaneous power per channel. I wish it would cycle through instantaneous power, negotiated voltage (as PD supports multiple voltages but can be cable/device dependent) , Watt-hour, and maybe time that the load has been present. Maybe in the next version!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Port 1 no longer outputs, and now port 2 is doing the same intermittently. I can imagine it too will fail completely after a couple more uses. Cool product while it works… Hopefully you don’t get a bad one like I did.
