Customer support extremely slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had issues straight away with the battery pack that was a replacement for a recalled model. My low rating is more to do with customer support as I’ve been waiting weeks for a response to solve the issue I’m having with the button that turns on the led display, it doesn’t turn the screen on so I have no idea how much charge is left rendering the battery slightly useless. Please can someone really to my support message???

Great idea, suboptimal execution and performance

BLUF: I'm a little surprised to see so many 5 star reviews. Though it is a great product, it is far from perfect.
Good:
--Since it is a good product, let's start with the good. It has amazing capability and good capacity. Four 100W USBC PD ports in a battery pack is awesome. I all in on USBC and so is this product. I love that. There is plenty of capacity for various devices. I often travel with a laptop (or two), a cell phone (or two), headphones, and ear pods. I can almost charge them all and fast. That's awesome.
--The status screen is helpful. I might chuck this brick if it did not give me visual feedback.

Bad:
--This thing is a chonk. It is heavy and big. Not my favorite thing to add to my travel pack, but it is worth the heft. I do wonder if the same number of ports could go into something with slightly less capacity? Shave some weight and save my back. Clearly a tradeoff that would depend on user needs.

Ugly:
--In my experience it will not support pass through charging so that I can simultaneously charge the battery pack and a device at the same time. This is an advertised feature (Charge It As You Use It) that does not work for me.
--Also, charge rapidly dissipates over time in my experience. Not great when you drop it in your backpack full, and you pull it out empty. Status indicator communicates this clearly, which I appreciate.
--It won't charge unless input is high enough. My 20W and 40W chargers won't refill this juice monster. That's a bumber. Requires a heavy charger to charge a heavy battery. Status indicator could tell me the input power is not high enough.
--Some the ports behave a little wonky. When I plug something in, it won't initially charge. Pull out the plug and plug it in again and it works. That's weird. Other times I plug something in and the power delivery is slow. Unplug, replug and the juice starts pouring. Again I'm thankful for the status indicator for this.

To summarize: This is a great product with some flaws. Hyper swung for the fences, but this is a triple play at best. No homer.

Port 1 will break!

My first port stopped working after a few weeks. Leaving me with only 1x 100w port. This seems to be a known fault on this item and has happened to multiple people, its all over the forums (if only I checked first). I contacted customer care who suddenly stop replying to me once they found out this was my problem. I've tried contacting them again but never get a reply.

Fantastic Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my many months of active use of this battery, I have found it to be completely reliable, extremely powerful, and easy to use and recharge. I have replaced most of my other large form-factor battery packs with this unit. It is easy to use, with only four USB-C ports. While I have to make sure I have the proper connectors at the device end of the cable, it is nice to need ONLY USB-C for the battery end. The ports are clearly marked so I know which ones are high-output (for laptops) and which ones are for mobile devices (e.g. phones, tablets, and handheld gaming devices). The display is very bright and clear, even in sunlight. It is nice to have that readout displaying current charge levels as well as wattage level for each port while charging. Recharging the device is equally simple, and is very fast when using the accompanying HyperJuice 245w GAN Charger (though any high-wattage charger will work just as quickly here).
I now have one of these batteries in my backpack to charge devices while I am on the go, one in my suitcase to power my suitcase USB and wireless charge ports, and one in my car for those emergency charging needs that your friend always seems to have need for. No matter where I go or how I get there, I know my battery charging needs are covered.
