Almost best product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like it I just say, but due to the premium price my expectation is it would be almost flawless but over my period of use I have found the battery pack sometime behave abnormally. Like suddenly changing will not happen and need to switch the ports , or certain usbc ports it won’t charge from etc.
The plastic display is easy to scratch as well which is kind of sad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't left home without it since it arrived! I own 15-20 different battery packs with 5 being "top of the line".. all with multiple ports. The others are ok for ONE device but I never plug in any more than one because the wattage will drop on the 1st. FINALLY I can bring just One power bank with me and charge 2-3 high demand devices simultaneously! The display is much better than expected as well. It shows the wattage output of all 4 devices, and even shows an arrow pointing in or out to avoid confusion when charging another power bank or device that can output power. Easily the Best power bank EVER !
(FYI, I got on here just now to buy another one of these and the stationary desktop equivalent!)

Won’t charge anymore after about 10 uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design and functionality of this battery a lot. The problem is that if I leave my phone plugged in overnight, it seems to drain the battery fully even after the phone finished charging. Additionally, after it is drained this way it is very difficult to get the battery to charge up again. The first time I ran into this problem it took half an hour of being plugged in before the batter showed 1% charge and then resumed charging. Today, I’ve had it plugged it for 2 hours and it never charges past 1%. I don’t know if I just got a defective unit or if this is a flaw in the product overall, but as of now it ended up being a very costly way to charge my phone about 10 times before failing what seems like permanently.

Not up to stated capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used just a couple times but not up to capacity. I have 2 other older hyper juice power packs that still hold more charge than this new one. I am monitoring this as it is under warranty, but it was only able to charge my MacBook Pro 13 inch device from 40% to full once and iPhone just one time. And remaining charge went from 58% to 10% and then empty in approximately 10 minutes when charging my iPhone. So at this point, not the quality of previous Hyper products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent battery pack. This replaces a Hyper Juice 130w battery pack that Hyper recalled. The recall went very smoothly and one call to customer service had everything squared away. I have alway been very pleased with all my Hyper products.
