The Hyperjuice is by far the best power pack I have to admit. Sleek and powerful with 27,000mAH, multiple ports, simultaneously being able to charge multiple device while charging the power pack along with the OLED Screen see real time! I own two other power packs but they do not compare to the HYPER. Grest backup!

Lasted under a year. At this point it doesn't really charge correctly and gets drained quickly. I might have gotten 15-20 charge cycles out of it?

Ports start to fail

The first 100W port failed to charge my devices as it just reads 0.0W on the screen, therefore I started to just use the second 100W port and it was working fine. Now this morning, both 100W doesn't charge anything and only the two 60W ports work. Not sure what's going on, but it's been unreliable for me.

Lost a Port

Have owned for about 1yr and one of the USBC ports no longer functions. It is one of the 100W ports so it is very disappointing. Other than that, it worked well while it was working.

Great multi device backup battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have a 16-inch MacBook Pro, I knew this wasn’t gonna charge it fully. My main issue is that the battery didn’t come with a travel pouch of some sort and finding one that would hold this battery was quite a challenge. Considering the price and the fact that their previous product did come with a nice fitted bag is my main complaint. Aside from that, the thing works beautifully.
