I just had this television installed in my theater room two days ago. It replaced a 85” Sharp. It has a beautiful Vivid picture. It made me move back my theater chairs back a few feet which made my home theater come alive. I love the picture choices.

The picture quality is amazing—vibrant, lifelike colors, excellent contrast with perfect blacks, and razor-sharp 4K detail that really brings movies and shows to life. The sound is surprisingly good for built-in speakers; it's clear and immersive, though a soundbar would likely enhance the experience further. Setup was a breeze, and it connects effortlessly with my other LG devices especially if you have ThinQ app. I was also impressed by the performance of 120Hz refresh rate which makes for very smooth gameplay. Overall, it's a modern TV that offers fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality viewing experience!

Edge Lit Do not buy

LG does not post that this TV is Edge Lit which recently over the last several years has been shown to have decreased reliability and uniformity issues. When I am viewing dark content such as scenes at night the bright spots are ridiculous. Bright scenes are very detailed but I have a 7700 series LG and it and has less issues and cheaper than this TV. I also have flashlighting in the corners. Some people may not notice but once you do the price increase is not worth it. Please do your research and do not buy edge lit TVs. Search the web for issues. I love the magic remote though.

Sound is not good. Buy a sound bar or system. Corners either came with lights blow out. Or for some reason there a white rings in the corner. Other than that better than my last tv.
