This was actually a gift for my daughter, but I own one myself. I have over 21 windows on my farmhouse. Cleaning them is a chore, but this makes it less of one. I highly recommend it.

The only negative thing I can say about this product is the on/off switch is very hard to manipulate.
This is the second product we have bought recently and both have the same type of switch..
But both work better than advertised!

My husband always hated washing windows. Now all I have to say is it is time and he grabs his Karcher and cleans them all. This removes all streaks and filmy residue.
