I have used these machines at my work and love them. I bought one for my home and with the first 3 uses it already broke. The plastic piece that holds in the squeeze broke dry easily so now the whole head doesn’t stay in place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the WV 1 Plus window cleaner free as a sample. Overall, it's a pretty good product, but I had a few problems with it...the 2 outer corner edges of the squeegee blade are too flimsy & don't stay on track with the rest of the blade. Thus there are wet marks on the edges of the glass; if you try to squeegee over that, then it's too dry & squeaks, so you have to add more spray. If you don't use a complete fluid motion downward & perhaps get stuck in the middle, you have another liquid mark to address. I had to use a paper towel to wipe all the edges of the glass afterwards. The product doesn't streak, but it does leave marks that you have to wipe off. It's too bad the whole thing is 2 separate hand-held items & that it can't all be combined into 1 item.

Hi, thanks for the comments. May we ask, are you using the included microfiber cloth to evenly distribute the cleaning solution after spraying down the window? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a product I was not sure I needed. I always windex my windows and wipe dry, so this product did not make sense to me. Moreover, it needs to be charged- not something I think about when I am about to clean. What is this product? It is a 2-step cleaner. In the first step, you spray the propriety cleaner on the surface and rub with the microfiber. This to me is akin to windex. In the next step, you suction the fluid off- this is the part I was hesitant about. However, this is brilliant/ Perhaps not necessary for windows, but for mopping, yes. It allows you to quickly dry part or all of your floor, preventing dirty footprints. It also is a great floor cleaner, allowing for a quick spot mop.
The fluid itself is great too. I used it on half of a dirty, greasy, counter, and used soft scrub on the other half. I must say, this fluid worked great, and was much faster than soft scrub (which I wiped clean with many sponges, though in hindsite I could have used this vacuum.
My one complaint: I have no idea what is in the fluid. This bothers me as I do not know if I can use it on marble or natural stone. It also makes me nervous, as I don't know if it leaves a residue on cooking surfaces or something the cats could get into. If this information was on the label, I would give it 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product! We have large windows and climbing up a ladder with an arm full of cleaning products was always scary! Not anymore! Just take this little nifty thing, tuck it into a strap and have 2 free hands to climb with! The auction works amazing and does a better job than any paper towel could ever hope to do! Cleaning solution smells pretty great to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Karcher window cleaning kit a few weeks ago. I really liked how well windows are cleaned with the vacuum. I used it on all of my house windows and mirrors. I even used it on my counter. It is easy to use and leaves everything streak free. I use spray bottle in my car. My windshield gets dirty often and the spray bottle helps me clean it fast. This product is worth having at home and in your car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this as a gift and at first, I wondered how such a small thing such as this would clean my windows in my home and make them shine and look amazing. I was happy with how easy it is to use and the results were amazing as well. I highly recommend this product. My husband was so impressed, he wanted to use it to clean his truck windows in his pickup and take it to the shop to use it on his big rig windows. I love it
