Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have personally never used a digital thermometer before since I’ve heard mixed reviews about them in general. This is a solid choice when it comes to digital thermometers. The display is large and easy to read. You can turn the sound on or off. If you leave the sound on and have a fever it beeps clearly warning you your temperature is too high. The display is also color coded, green is good, yellow a little too warm, red is definitely a fever. It also has a smiley face system. Frowns is fever and smile is good. This thermometer could be used by literally anyone and they would understand if they are in trouble or need medical intervention. The reading is also super quick, push the trigger a couple seconds and you’ve got your reading. It also has a surface temperature function so you can check a surface instead of your body. I haven’t used that yet but it’s a neat feature. Probably the most important aspect is the accuracy of the reading. I compared it to my oral thermometer I’ve been using for years and it was spot on. All in all I love this thermometer.

Defective product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, my product was able to squeak through the quality department and came to me with a broken display. It's unfortunate, but the third digit doesn't fully display, nor does the color background work. I can hardly tell what temperature it is reading and I am surprised I could get to the point of actually measuring temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best thermometer ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about two weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I like that you just hold it at your for head. It’s easy to take your temperature with. It’s the perfect size to take with you with you go anywhere. I like that it takes your temperature fast. This is the best thermometer I have ever used. I would recommend it to anyone.

Accurate readings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best thermometer we have used yet! We (myself and my fiancée) were looking for a good, reliable thermometer during this pandemic. The Mobi non contact inferred thermometer has been just that! It’s easy to read, the screen is the perfect size, and it changes color to let you know when there is a temperature. Another feature I like is that it can store readouts from the last temperatures it has taken. You can use it in Fahrenheit or Celsius. We have been using this everyday since we got it because both my fiancée and I have to taken our temperatures for work, we have noticed it reads accurate, and we haven’t experienced anything wrong happening to it. We now feel safe having a thermometer we can rely on!

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful thermometer by Mobi. It is very easy to use! The digital screen is easy to understand and read. I appreciate that this product included batteries. We tested it on several members of our family and it was very accurate. I like that this product can be used to take temperature of a room, person and even food. I used it to test my babies food and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend to any mothers out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermometer is easy to use and works well. It is light weight so it's easy to take around. It's simple to use, just press the trigger. It reads the temp quickly. It records the temp slightly low but it is still accurate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wasn’t something that I would have thought I would be buying a year ago but now it is a super useful item. It enables quick and repetitive temperature checks without contact. The other thermometers I had in the past required touch.

Works, but cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a non-contact thermometer before, but with everything going on in the world right now this seemed like a good time to get one. That said, my views come from someone who has no previous comparisons to make.
It's been super easy to use; just pick it up, press the trigger at ~4 inches from the area of skin you want to get a reading from and I get a response almost instantly. It also seems quite accurate, as my wife has always roughly been 1 degree cooler than me and it picked that up right away.
My biggest complaint is that it feels cheaply made. There are 3 buttons on the side of the unit that have words etched into them that are barely visible except in the right light, the battery compartment is flimsy, and it is extremely light though not in a good way. I don't have a lot of confidence that this device will last a long time.
However, it's accurate, fast and intuitive. If only it was made a little better I'd give it a higher rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
