Stay away from Tzumi

I had a Tzumi power bank and it literally exploded in my drawer. Tzumi technical support wasn't interested in doing anything about it and agreed they have an inferior product. I would stay away from Tzumi.

12000 mAh battery bulging

I've had this for a couple of years and now it's bulging. Don't know if it's still safe to use, but I think it is time to try a different brand

This product is not reliable. I have used 10 times and it will not charge fast anymore. It take 7 hrs to charge

Bought this 18 months ago, used for one camping trip and stored unit at 40% charge (approx) in a cool relatively dry spot. Went to use for next event and wala unit destroyed itself.

I’ve had this for years now. It works great. I don’t think I would buy another brand because this charges fast and I can always depend on it.

Misleading Packaging

The packaging is misleading. It says that it can fast charge devices. It can't charge my phone faster than it consumes power. The user manual is wrong because it clearly states output capabilities for the usb-c port but the port is only for charging the battery pack.

Great power

This charger is great, especially for when you need more than a single charge. It has plenty of power for multiple charges. I love that it has 2 USB ports so can charge 2 devices at once. It charges up quickly, and the indicator lights on how much power it has remaining are helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
