Misleading Packaging

The packaging is misleading. It says that it can fast charge devices. It can't charge my phone faster than it consumes power. The user manual is wrong because it clearly states output capabilities for the usb-c port but the port is only for charging the battery pack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I also love that I can charge different types of devices on it with the multiple port options. It charges them fast and lasts a while I can not ask for anything more.

Nice backup battery. Good design. Nice flat shape is easy to pack for travel. Highly recommend it for people that are always running out of battery on their phones or iPads.

Long lasting battery

This is a must have! I’ve tried so many charger boxes and all have fallen apart or only lasted until my phone got to 50% before it died. Not only can it charge my phone but it could charge my spouse’s phone as well and still have juice left over. I’ve also dropped it many times and still seems to be indestructible. Would definitely be buying again for a backup one.

Great for phone charging

Loved this power bank. Brought it on a recent trip to Costa Rica with us. The service was spotty so our phone were constantly searching for service which drained our battery. We used this power bank to keep both of our phones juiced up and then recharged the power bank at night in the hotel!

Easy to charge. Easy to see when charge is getting low.
