Not so fast charging

Very basic battery. It had a good price to capacity ratio but does not have fast charging in my experience.

My sister and I both got one of these chargers as gifts for Christmas, hers worked and mine never has. Can't even contact this company....what a waste of our friends money. Why when I click on the contact us button on their website you can't even email them?? I would give them ZERO if I could.....

This product is not reliable. I have used 10 times and it will not charge fast anymore. It take 7 hrs to charge

12000 mAh battery bulging

I've had this for a couple of years and now it's bulging. Don't know if it's still safe to use, but I think it is time to try a different brand

Stay away from Tzumi

I had a Tzumi power bank and it literally exploded in my drawer. Tzumi technical support wasn't interested in doing anything about it and agreed they have an inferior product. I would stay away from Tzumi.
