Great multifunction product

I bought this cooker for my birthday in November 2023. I have used lots of ninja appliances over the years, and was very excited about this one! I love it and I get a lot of use. However I do think there is one very big design slaw. The rack that comes with the pot has scratched the bottom of my pot to the point where the coating has come off, only in the areas where the feet of the rack sit. Since it’s been slightly longer than one year, I’m told my only solution is to buy a new pot. I don’t know if I will or not, considering I believe this is a huge design flaw and don’t want my next pot to have the coating coming off as well.

I have thrown everything at this cooker and it has performed exceptionally. I have done burgers with onions, Lo Me in, noodles, Mac and cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, Chicken quarters, Chicken breast, Soups, Chili, Shrimp and sausages........and even more! It just works and has a very little learning curve. Cleans up well and is easy to store. I have had mine for over two years and its never failed me. Really glad I bought this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this Ninja and I’m really disappointed in it. It only has two heating choices Either high or low, no in between the high is too fast and hot and the low is not enough I’m really disappointed in it. I don’t think I would recommend it to anyonei wish I had kept the box and returned it.

Major design flaw

This review is for the eight and one multi cooker. It's not letting me leave a review on that specific one so I will leave it here. There is a major design flaw when you cook anything with condensation it runs down the sides between the Dutch pot and the actual cooker And it burns causes black and rust marks on the bottom heating element. There's not really any way to stop the condensation even with paper towels I'm probably gonna

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is very versatile. I just received it and have used a couple times. It heats well, has lots of options for time specific cooking, or slow cooking or several other uses, steaming etc...
I like the cooking vessel being coated metal vs heavy ceramic. It might not hold the heat like the ceramic but it is much lighter and also won't crack like my old unit. It lasted a long time but the heat to cold etc... finally cracked the ceramic vessel. This baby is a winner so far and will get a lot of use this fall and winter.
