Realized that the new larger capacity wasn't working for me. Decided to purchase the classic 64 oz. Now I need the longer plunger thing. That would be an reasonable item to include with the product, esp. if not mentioned.

What can I say I love my Vitamix and I wanted to have one for smoothies and one for soups that I use spices that keeps the smell in the mixers lid for awhile so I thought I would get one to have for each type of foods I work with.

Ist container lasted 15 years and has developed a few cracks. The replacement has some added features. Still great for smoothes. Using it at least 4 times a week.

I've owned my Vitamix for about 15 years. I have eleven children and we use this machine multiple times a day. We load it up and take it on vacation with us! We can't imagine life without it. It is a tough performer and consistently delivers excellent results. Customer service is fantastic--although, you'll never need it except to order more products!
