I have had my vitamin for 10 years love it ! I only needed a new pitcher because I wanted a shiny new one . I unknowingly missed the initial delivery of my new pitcher and it was sent back . When I called to check on it they immediately overnight post had it delivered to me free of charge !

We had an old vita mix and bought a new one the part that came with it was too short and when working splashed all up so high that it actually leaked. This one was purchased to fix the problem and it works. the one that came with machine is good only for storage

I bought this for my daughter because the container we have no longer will blend because the blade is dull. Since then, I discovered it is possible to purchase a new blade and tool to install it. I would like the instructions on how to return the container ( unused), and order the blade and tool instead because I understand that is less expensive. I tried to call over the holidays, but was put on eternal hold so I gave up. Can you tell me how to do this? Please call or email for return instructions. thank you

Hi Cindy! The blades on our containers are designed to be strong instead of sharp to pulverize ingredients with the powerful motor. We do not recommend replacing the blades on your container. Instead, we'll connect you to customer service using the email address you provided.

I love my vitamix blender, i use it for so many things, blending smoothies to making my own powdered sugar it just cannot disappoint, i only wish it had a glass container.
