We bought our Vitamix 2 years ago. We have used it EVERY DAY! When our container stopped working well we realized something was wrong. The mechanism that spins the blades was cracked. We ordered another container immediately so we could use our old one until it arrived. We seriously cannot make it one day without our Vitamix!

I have had my vitamin for 10 years love it ! I only needed a new pitcher because I wanted a shiny new one . I unknowingly missed the initial delivery of my new pitcher and it was sent back . When I called to check on it they immediately overnight post had it delivered to me free of charge !
