I looked up my order and I was wrong. My order was received in the time period I was given, so I take back everything I said.
Vitamix had sent me an e-mail about a review before I received the product and I was not given the opportunity to change review at that time.

We bought our Vitamix 2 years ago. We have used it EVERY DAY! When our container stopped working well we realized something was wrong. The mechanism that spins the blades was cracked. We ordered another container immediately so we could use our old one until it arrived. We seriously cannot make it one day without our Vitamix!
