Just needed a replacement for a well-loved product

I have been using my Vitamix for 8 years. I love it. Only last year in November did my blender jar come apart. I just ordered the replacement jar and it still works like a dream.

I bought this to replace my old jug which stood the test of time for 10 years, of which I used everyday. We have a smoothie every morning consisting of kale, watercress, Brussels sprouts, carrot , mixed seeds, organic super green powder and fruit, and considering my husband eats no veg at all this shows how there is no excuse for not getting those vital nutrients into your diet. Would NEVER be without my vitamin.

The old tried and true canister seems to mix ingregients better than the wide canisters. Unfortunate that the canisters are not interchangeable with different Vita Mix machines since I have two.

We love vitamix and this was a replacement jug to one we managed to break after several years of ownership. Unfortunately it arrived with a weird notch shape in the jug pouring lip that we only noticed a few weeks after it arrived. It doesn't prevent us using it so we haven't returned it but it was a bit of a disappointment given the expense involved in replacing the part in the first place!
