I bought a new vita mix classic container as the one I have had for over 10 yrs just needed replacing, blades became very stiff.

This was a replacement and it is very nice except for the fact that the lid does not fasten securely. Not helpful when mixing up a lot of ingredients....

Bought this pitcher with lid and tamper bc my old one needed replaced due to toxic smoke exposure. It works great with my old machine. The lid fits much snugger than the one I had previously.
